1st Blog !!!

Hi my name is Eve and i am just an ordinary  12 year old girl. I decided to blog because i like to think its important that you know your not alone, and there might be people in the same situation as you wether its a good thing all the way to an upsetting thing. So lets get into the good stuff😊… (btw im only 12 and definetley not that best at punctuation and grammar)

So from tomorrow im going to be doing hard core training, but no ordinairy hard core training, it will be gym every night with a personal trainer, a good and healthy diet, kickboxing every night (im a kickboxer). I know i am 12 and i shouldnt necessariliy be doing this as we need the fat and sugars to keep us kids up and running but i just feel like i need to do this for myself and for the people who are struggling to get through this.                        Key points:

  • If you want to go on a diet and if you have then achieved your goal. Dont just start to eat crappy stuff! No need to have a really strict diet just keep it reasonably healthy.
  • If you feel as if you dont have time for the gym or a sports hobbie, then every once in a while just have a 30min run around your block. Or even just have a 30min exercise in your house.
  • When your on a diet try to atleest have a treat once every week or so, just because are bodys are not used to holding up with just our natural sugars, and trust me it will make you feel so much better!
